Most of the year, it’s HOT in Key West. With this in mind, we’ll help you consider flowers that best hold up in the heat and will let you know if your selections might struggle with the high temps.
Can wind be a factor at my wedding?
YES. Wind can be an issue at an outdoor wedding. Unpredictable gales and even storms can pop up without a lot of warning. Consider this when thinking about décor that might easily blow over or blow away entirely.
Should I purchase wedding insurance?
The weather in Key West is unpredictable. We always recommend event insurance to reduce your risk should the weather take an unexpected turn.
what advance notice do you need to order flowers for a wedding?
Generally, we order our flowers two to three weeks in advance. Our flowers arrive fresh and once processed are stored in our coolers. Once the flowers are ordered, they cannot be changed or canceled.
how do i secure a date for my wedding?
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit and a completed contract to secure your date for your wedding. The estimate is valid for 30 days; within such time, the deposit is due to secure your date. The date will not held for your event until the deposit is received.
are there any flowers you can't get?
For the most part, we can procure most flowers year-round. If you’ve chosen a flower that is out of season or we know we can’t secure, we’ll work with you to find a substitute that makes the most sense and is in line with your vision.
